VIRTUAL HOME BUYING
  1.  VIRTUAL BUYER CONSULTATION - We schedule a video conference appointment to learn what your are looking for.  We discuss in detail the entire home buying process and the tools available to help us find you the best home at the best price.  View HOME BUYER FLOWCHART
  2.  VIRTUAL MORTGAGE CONSULTATION - We will coordinate a video conference appointment with a mortgage professional to get you pre-approved.  You'll be connected with someone who be able to discuss various loan programs, loan costs and interest rates.  
  3.  MLS HOME SEARCH - Based on your criteria, we'll setup a MLS home search.  You will get all the home listings with complete details the as soon as they hit the market. You'll tag your favorites for us to review and discuss.
  4.  VIRTUAL TOURS - We'll guide you through virtual tours of your favorite homes.  Many homes will have Matterport 3D or similar tours available along with detailed floor plans.
  5.  ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES - All contracts and disclosures can be signed remotely with Docusign from the comfort of your home.  It works on your computer or smart phone and it's safe and secure.
  6.  EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT - We will collect from you the required earnest money check or arrange for you to drop it at one of our 11 secure office locations.  If needed or required we can help you facilitate a wire transfer.
  7.  INSPECTIONS - We will coordinate all inspections.  General home inspection, radon, etc. You will get in-depth detailed reports with photos and descriptions emailed directly to you. We will help facilitate any inspection requests with your attorney.
  8.  ATTORNEY REVIEW - Your attorney will review the contract, request contract modifications to protect you, and make any inspection requests.  This must be done within the contract timelines. We have excellent referrals to local attorneys to make the process seamless.
  9.  "THE CLOSING" - Your home purchase will be completed at a local title company. You will receive many documents to review and sign.  Your mortgage company and attorney will coordinate this process with the title company.  This will include giving you directions for wiring of the balance of all funds due.  Your attorney will guide you through the closing process and once completed, you will be a happy homeowner!  If you are not here for the closing, we will coordinate getting you keys to the home.
